Citrix Server needs CTZ enabled

Hi Scotty,

You need to ensure that the Client Time Zone (CTZ) is enabled on the Citrix Server. This instructs the server to always use the Client Time zone which is what is needed by the JRE.

Here's a technote I composed to address the problem. Let me know if you have any trouble accessing this link. Looks like it is still in the draft phase.
